Installation flexibility: VES floor media recovery systems can also be installed above grade using the VES Above-Grade Blast Booth Kit, which includes a ramp, skirting, and a personnel platform for the crew-access door.

    Clog-Resistant Operation: VES floor sections are engineered to provide dependable media flow and reduce the plugging issues commonly associated with low-static recovery systems.

  • INTELLIGENT PNEUMATIC MEDIA RECOVERY CONTROL

    Programmable Precision: Choose from a pneumatically actuated linear slide-gate system or a rotary gatling-style system. Each can be programmed through a touchscreen control mounted on the main control panel, providing centralized system management.


    VES media recovery systems allow independent timing intervals to be set for individual floor-recovery sections, supporting:


    • Customized recovery timing for areas with heavier abrasive-media concentrations
    • Longer recovery intervals where additional cleaning is needed
    • Efficient system operation based on actual booth conditions
    • Reduced operator contact with potentially hazardous contaminants
    • Better control of media movement and recovery sequencing

    Heavy-Duty Load Capacity: Floor grating is designed and manufactured with a standard load rating of up to 2,000 pounds per square foot, supporting heavy equipment and demanding industrial operations.


    Integrated Debris Protection: Welded wire mesh provides initial screening for larger debris, helping prevent contamination from entering the recovery system and reducing the risk of hopper blockage.


    Modular Design for Maximum Uptime: Media-recovery floor sections are manufactured in a modular configuration to support operational continuity:


    • Individual sections can be removed for service or replacement
    • Temporary steel plates can be installed to keep operations moving
