Portable System Capabilitiess

Review system construction, ventilation, media recovery, filtration, mobility, and field-use capabilities.

  • Containerized Booth Construction

Converted Container Design: VES containerized blast booths are built from converted shipping containers, providing a rugged, weatherproof structure for transportable blasting operations.

Flexible Size Options: Booths are available in 20-foot Badger and 40-foot Wolverine configurations to support different space, workflow, and operational requirements.

Operator Access: Doors are included at one end of the booth, with an opening approximately 8 feet by 8 feet for practical equipment and part access.

Interior Protection: Rubber-lined walls help support sound dampening and allow use with a variety of blast media.

  • Portable Blast System Features

Two-Operator Capability: The VET II-P supports simultaneous dual-operator blasting for increased productivity in demanding environments.

Heavy-Duty Mobile Cart: Steel tube frame construction, rigid and swivel polyurethane casters, and a 2.5-inch tow eye allow the system to be moved and positioned more easily.

Ground-Level Hopper: A scoop-in hopper allows spent media to be collected and returned through the system for efficient handling.

Towable Design: The system can be towed by a powered vehicle, making it a practical option for jobsite and facility movement.

  • Ventilation & Filtration

End-to-End Booth Ventilation: Containerized blast booths are designed so air flows from the ceiling intake plenum, through the work area, and into cartridge filter modules at the opposite end of the booth.

Integrated Dust Collection: The VET II-P includes an integrated dust collector to help manage dust generated during blasting operations.

Cartridge & HEPA Filtration: Dust is routed through cartridge and HEPA filtration to support cleaner operation and improved containment.

High-Quality Lighting Options: Containerized booth options include high-quality LED lighting to support visibility during blasting operations.

  • Media Recovery & Waste Handling

Cyclonic Separation: The VET II-P uses cyclonic separation to help reclaim usable media during operation.

Pneumatic Media Return: Pneumatic return supports recycling of reusable media back through the system.

Reusable Media Recycling: Designed to reduce waste by recovering reusable media where applicable.

Waste Collection: The system is designed to collect waste in a 55-gallon waste drum for practical disposal handling.

  • Deployment & Field Operation

Rapid Setup: Containerized systems are designed around a simple operating concept: connect power, connect air, and start blasting.

Transportable Capability: Portable and containerized systems support operations where permanent infrastructure is unavailable or unnecessary.

Field-Level Maintenance Support: These systems bring surface preparation capability closer to the equipment, helping reduce reliance on fixed facilities.

Mission-Ready Performance: Built for military, aerospace, defense, and industrial users who need dependable performance in demanding environments.
