SUPERIOR FILTER ACCESS ENGINEERING
Heavy-Duty Cam-Over Latching System: Filter access doors feature a swing-style design with a heavy-duty cam-over bar latching system that remains attached during filter changes. Doors are easily removed when necessary for maximum maintenance flexibility.
VES Advantage Over Competitors: Eliminates the light industrial latches used by competitors that are prone to leaking, rusting, breaking, bending, requiring endless adjustment, and poor gasket-sealing methods. Competitors’ filter access doors require complete removal for filter access—unnecessary complexity that costs time and money.
ADVANCED CARTRIDGE FILTER TECHNOLOGY
Double Ring Seal Protection: The cartridge filter design uses a double-ring seal on the end plate to help prevent contaminant blow-by in the event of a single-ring seal failure. The result is robust, sealed system integrity when operator safety is non-negotiable.
Rivet-Free Construction: The VES cartridge filter pan is fully formed without rivets or fasteners used to hold cartridges in place. This design helps eliminate hardware failure and workmanship issues associated with weaker riveted or glued assemblies.
Maximum Environmental Protection: Dust collectors are designed to allow filters to be bagged and changed within the body of the collector, helping protect personnel and the surrounding environment from hazardous dust exposure.
True Vertical Cartridge Positioning: Cartridges are mounted vertically to support even particle discharge, effective cleaning across the filter area, and longer filter life.
Maintenance-Free Blower Drive: The fan and motor use a direct-drive design with no belts, pulleys, or sheaves, helping reduce maintenance requirements and unexpected downtime.
COMPREHENSIVE LEAK PREVENTION
Fully Enclosed Slide-Gate Valve Design: Dust collector slide gates are fully housed and include an internal wiper seal for the gate actuator rod. The design avoids external seals that may dry, deteriorate, or leak during waste-drum changeout.
A gasketed waste-drum lid helps prevent leakage and keeps rain and other environmental elements out, supporting complete containment integrity.
Effortless Maintenance Design: The slide system supports simplified maintenance and filter replacement. Cartridge filters move on guide rails with a positive locking bar and easy-grip locking feature. The advanced locking system avoids less-reliable zip-tie locking methods and supports faster, more secure cartridge installation.
HEPA FILTRATION SYSTEM: HIGH-EFFICIENCY PROTECTION
99.97% Filtration Efficiency: HEPA filtration provides 99.97% filtration of particles measuring 0.3 microns and larger.
HEPA filters are designed and fitted to the specific dust collector rather than added as generic aftermarket accessories.
Critical Safety Placement: HEPA filters are positioned on the negative-pressure side of the blower. In the unlikely event of primary cartridge failure, this design helps prevent harmful dust leakage and provides an additional layer of operator protection.
