HEAVY-DUTY FILTER ACCESS

Swing-style filter access doors use a heavy duty cam-over bar latching system that remains attached during filter changes while allowing the doors to be removed when needed.

EASY CARTRIDGE REPLACEMENT

Cartridge filters slide on guide rails and use a positive locking bar with an easy grip metal/rubber locking feature for faster, more secure installation.

BAG-IN-PLACE FILTER CHANGES

Dust collectors are designed so filters can be bagged and changed within the body of the collector, helping reduce personnel and environmental exposure to captured dust.

  • ADVANCED CARTRIDGE FILTER TECHNOLOGY

    Double Ring Seal Protection: Each cartridge filter uses a double ring seal on the end plate to help prevent contaminant blow-by if a single seal were to fail.


    Rivet-Free Filter Pan Construction: VES cartridge filter pans are fully formed without rivets or fasteners used to hold the cartridges in place, reducing potential hardware failure points.


    True Vertical Cartridge Positioning:

    Cartridges are mounted in a 100% true vertical orientation to support more complete particle discharge across the filter area and help extend filter life.

  • RELIABLE AIR MOVEMENT

    Direct-Drive TEFC Blower Motor System: The fan and motor use a direct-drive configuration with no belts, pulleys or sheaves. This reduces routine maintenance and eliminates common drive-component failure points that can contribute to unexpected downtime.

  • COMPREHENSIVE LEAK PREVENTION

    Fully Enclosed Slide Gate Design: VES slide gates are fully housed and include an internal wiper seal for the actuator rod, helping reduce dust leakage during waste drum change-out.


    Gasketed Waste Drum Lid: A gasketed waste drum lid helps maintain containment while keeping rain and other outside elements from entering the drum.

    Custom-Engineered for Each Collector: HEPA filters are designed and fitted specifically for each dust collector rather than added as generic aftermarket components.


    Negative-Pressure Placement:

    HEPA filters are positioned on the negative-pressure side of the blower. If a primary cartridge were to fail, this configuration helps prevent harmful dust from escaping through the system.
