It travels 360° and allows the hose to swivel in the hand effortlessly. VES' innovative design gives the blast operator complete blast hose support, relieves stress from the arms, back, and shoulders, improves maneuverability, and ultimately increases productivity.
Hose Hangers
The VES hose hanger has been gaining momentum with artisans and operators alike — not only for efficiency and ease of use, but also for the safety benefits it delivers. By lifting the weight of the blast hose overhead, the system drastically reduces tripping hazards on the booth floor and minimizes the strain caused by carrying hoses over the shoulder.
Built in a durable steel, carousel-style design with a central boom rated for 150 lbs., the hose hanger provides 359° of rotation to give operators complete mobility. The result: smoother movement around the booth, reduced stress on the back and neck, and improved ergonomics without sacrificing performance.
External Workstation
When booth space is limited but versatility is needed, VES offers an external workstation that mounts directly to the side of the blast booth. This fold-down steel table includes a viewing window and glove rings, allowing the operator to safely work from outside the booth while still blasting smaller parts — much like using a traditional blast cabinet.
By maximizing space and functionality, the external workstation lets you extend the booth’s capability without the need for a separate cabinet, offering a smart, space-saving solution that keeps operators comfortable and productive
